Hi! I am Paula Tursi and I will be your guide on this journey!

I am a mama, partner, public speaker and teacher.  I have had the great fortunate of working in the healing arts for more than 30 years, offering a blend of wisdom and wellness to thousands of students throughout the years. I founded Reflections Center for Conscious Living & Yoga in New York City in 2009  and its internationally renowned Reflections Training Program in 2000.

I am also the creator of the Life Design program, a step-by-step, experiential program designed to help you live with intention and create the life you most desire. 

Meditation was at the core of everything I have created in my life. In my experience working with clients from all walks of life, I have witnessed how the old way of meditating is often out of reach in our current world.

One of my teacher’s, Bonnie Bainbridge said “the mind is like the wind and the body is like the sand.” The body is the holder of the patterns and pathways of your experiences. BUT in order to create lifelong changes, you must address the energy and patterns of your mind. When you do this, you create space, flow and harmony in your life.
