What is Loving You Yoga?
Think Functional Movement Meets Yoga.
This workshop will focus on twists and an after holiday detox, alongside a slow and thoughtful complete practice that is designed to meet you where you are and teaches you how to connect body and mind. Using simple functional movements, resistance training and thoughtful breathing practices you will find your way to a strong, healthy body that does not see aging as a road to being less active, but instead, more mentally and physically attuned and vibrant.

What can you expect ?
There is a way to tap into the body's resources and generate greater health and longevity. By increasing muscle, flexibility and mindfulness you can counteract what we have been told is the inevitability of aging and instead get stronger and healthier as we age.
You will move slowly and deeply using weights and resistance bands that match your present ability and discover that your strength will increase in each session. After a group of muscles have been strengthened in a safe and effective way they will then be stretched to create balance and to release the cellular activity that will communicate throughout the endocrine system.
By experiencing each movement in the present moment the entire practice will be a meditation taking you deeper into the aliveness of your body and the beauty of life.
