The Shift Movement & Meditation membership is your golden ticket to exploring the depths of your own inner strength, harnessing the power of love, and finding the serenity that resides within. It's about developing a resilient and unshakable self through practices that facilitate not just physical wellness but mental and emotional harmony.

Monthly subscription package. Includes: 

  • One livestream Loving You Yoga class per week
  • Two new meditations per week
  • Access to library of past workshops and book clubs
  • All-access to curated libraries of movement & meditation classes 
  • Monthly group coaching calls where you can also apply for hot seat coaching.
  • Monthly Activation Workshops where you will be guided through community workshops designed to help use what your learning to take action and create new patterns and practices in your life with other likeminded souls on this journey.

Loving You Yoga is a slow and thoughtful complete practice that is designed to meet you where you are and teaches you how to connect body and mind. Using simple functional movements, resistance training and thoughtful breathing practices you will find your way to a strong, healthy body that does not see aging as a road to being less active, but instead, a opportunity to be more mentally and physically attuned and vibrant. 

In my signature Unshakable Self meditation practice, we foster:

  • Steadfastness - We will learn to become steadfast and build character by creating a consistent practice.

  • Strength - We will create an inner strength and confidence as the body gets stronger and more able through the curated movement classes.
  • Acceptance - We will walk the road to true compassion by looking within for our answers and finding compassion for ourselves.
